Some Sketch-atizing

Hey internet!

Usually, whenever I finish a sketchbook I try buy a new one that is something totally different from the one I just used up. In an attempt to keep my life spicy I decided to go with a moleskine. I've really been diggin' it. Its exactly what my sketch spirit needed, totally recommending them. Anywhos...here are some of the things my moleskine, and I have been talking about for the past week or so. Robots, women, buttons, you know the usual stuff. Hope they excite you!

Last Man Standing-Round 3

Hey all,

I've been a little busy buzzing back and forth seeing old friends. I just wrapped this piece up earlier this week. It's for a contest over at conceptart.org. I think I bit off a little more than I could chew. I kept forgetting to bring the whole image up at the same time, instead I was zooming WAY in. Anyway, a good learning experience, some cool stuff I'm going to try and incorporate into my other stuff. Take care guys/gals/inbetweens.

Factory Tower Water Redundant Entrance

Hey all,

Doin some more doodlin' here. I found an old sketch one evening, and decided to try some new things with it. This is what came out. I have a lot of fun with these because I can't stop thinking of ways johnny space marine could have fun chasing enemies around in here and shooting people up. I guess the warhammer 40K is creeping up out of my childhood. I'm going to try and start doing more stuff with some "real perspective". It's become one of my own personal buzz words. Well, add it to the list of junk I need to work on!....Keep it real folks!

I'm back from the trip.... The rain in Minnesota is absolutely beautiful! This is some recent sketchbooking, as well as some older adventures. Some from the road some from before. Sorry for the poor reproductions I had to use my digital camera. I'm still trying to find a place to work, being inbetween stages is a little unsettling...anyway
