I stumbled across the blog
"Ninja Mountain Scrolls"
who are a loose collective of sci-fi, and fantasy illustrators. They do weekly-ish podcasts, where they interview artists, and have panel discussions about process, promotion, jobs, etc. There are plenty of gems to pick up from the talks, so I'm passing them along. I love the idea of artists getting together to discuss work flow, subject matter, technique, favorite pizza places, you know...
